1. Agreement to Terms

3. Eligibility and Registration

3.1 Age Requirements

3.2 Registration Process

Registration requires providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and notifying us of any changes. Providing false information may result in registration cancellation without refund.

3.3 Program Capacity

Programs have limited capacity. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and our written confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel bookings at our discretion.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees and Currency

Program fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change. The fee applicable to your registration is the fee in effect at the time of registration confirmation.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer and approved electronic payment methods. Payment arrangements (installments) are available for all programs when discussed with our administrative team prior to program commencement.

5.3 Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 7-14 days before start date receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before start date are not eligible for refunds.

If we cancel a program, participants receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

6. Participant Responsibilities

As a participant, you agree to:

• Respect confidentiality of other participants' financial discussions
• Use program materials solely for personal educational purposes
• Not record, photograph, or share program content without written permission
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials provided for personal educational purposes only.

Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless lumina fiissca, its directors, employees, and educators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of our services, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your participation in programs if you violate these Terms, engage in disruptive behavior, or for any other reason we deem necessary. Termination for misconduct does not entitle you to a refund.

You may terminate your participation by providing written notice according to our cancellation policy outlined in Section 5.3.
